Coax-Reference
C-Line Reference
The C-Line has been a compact studio reference for over 15 years. Its popularity lies in the coaxial design that provides accurate info, even with less than perfect room acoustics. This design prevents time delays between bass and high-ranges. As a result, one can sit at any distance from the sound source. More direct sound reaches the listener rather than bouncing off the room, ideal for small spaces, transmission vans or DAW workstations.
The KSD Reference series now features patented Firtec/DSP. This ensures neutral tone and correct timing. Phase linearity allows precise positioning of each instrument in the stereo sound stage. Six user filters help adjust the set-up to suit your studio.
An optional remote control („KSD-RC“) offers access to user EQ’s and other parameters like „delay“. It also simplifies volume adjustment, replacing an external monitor controller (and avoiding signal editing and sound losses). You can get it with a cherry wood front or entirely in black.
