At the latest since Apple Music has increasingly relied on music productions in Dolby Atmos with spatial audio, the topic of 3D sound has arrived in everyday studio life. With its coaxial KSD speakers, KSdigital offers the ideal monitors for an upgrading to 3D audio.

In principle, a coaxial system works without coloration at any listening distance and listening position. This is an important point, e.g. for expanding a stereo control room into a 3D audio control room without further acoustic conversion. Reflections at the front (at the window or on the wall) are minimized by optimized dispersion. At the same time, the KSD loudspeakers can be perfectly adapted in terms of frequency and time to any installation/suspension situation thanks to the internal FIRTEC processor, and room-related asymmetries can be compensated for by time adjustment in the processor. This means that a Dolby Atmos setup can be realized in any control room. All KSD loudspeaker models are compatible with each other.
